AM
In the morning, apply a dropper full of Theia evenly to clean, face & neck. Follow with moisturiser/spf.

PM
Wash your face prior to use. On wet palms, add a dropper full of Asteria, apply to a clean, wet face. Massage for 2 mins with tips of fingers in outward circular motions.
