Step 1: The Head 
Brush your hair and massage your scalp and hair with Ambrosial 11:11. Take 2-3 pumps of lusicous oil in your palms, gently rub plams together and massage your head & hair in slow strokes.

Step 2: The Face
Wash your face prior to use. On wet palms, add 3-4 drops of Asteria, apply to a clean, wet face. Massage for 2 mins with tips of fingers in outward circular motions.

Step 3: The Inner Body
